Role Overview
Are you a digital native with a passion for search behavior, storytelling, AI-driven discovery, and data? We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing to contribute to our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern digital marketing and wants to work at the intersection of SEO, AEO, GEO, AI search, content, social media, and global B2B marketing.
As an Assistant Manager, you will go beyond task execution. You will contribute to building the digital presence and authority of an AI-first technology company serving high-growth businesses and global clients. You will work across search engines, AI answer engines, generative platforms, content ecosystems, and social channels to understand how people discover, evaluate, and make decisions about technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. AEO, GEO & SEO
* Research and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies based on real user queries, buyer questions, and search intent.
* Optimize content for traditional search engines as well as AI-powered discovery and answer platforms.
* Identify opportunities to improve visibility across search engines, AI answer engines, and conversational platforms.
* Monitor emerging developments in SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI search and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Structure content to improve its ability to be understood, surfaced, cited, and summarized by AI systems.
2. Query, Entity & Intent Mapping
* Analyze how founders, CXOs, product leaders, and technology decision-makers search for AI and software solutions.
* Map queries to topics, entities, relationships, use cases, and buyer intent.
* Identify content gaps based on questions, pain points, and decision-stage requirements.
* Build query clusters and topic frameworks aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
* Continuously analyze changing search and discovery behavior across traditional and AI-driven platforms.
3. Technical SEO & AI Readiness
* Collaborate with developers and technical teams on SEO and AI-readiness requirements.
* Support implementation of structured data, schema markup, crawlability, indexing, internal linking, and page experience best practices.
* Identify technical issues that may impact search visibility, content discoverability, or AI readability.
* Ensure digital assets follow best practices for both search engines and emerging AI discovery ecosystems.
4. Content Optimization
* Collaborate with content and editorial teams to optimize blogs, landing pages, service pages, case studies, and thought leadership content.
* Optimize content around real-world questions, use cases, customer problems, and decision-making intent.
* Improve content structure, clarity, topical depth, internal connections, and trust signals.
* Identify opportunities to refresh existing content based on changing search behavior and performance.
* Ensure content is useful, credible, relevant, and structured for both human readers and AI systems.
5. Social Media Management
* Support and manage the company's LinkedIn presence.
* Develop insight-driven posts around AI trends, industry discussions, technology use cases, and buyer concerns.
* Identify relevant conversations and emerging topics that can strengthen brand visibility and authority.
* Monitor engagement and audience response to improve future content strategies.
* Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts to turn technical insights into engaging business content.
6. Email Marketing & Outreach
* Support newsletters, email campaigns, and targeted outbound initiatives.
* Develop messaging around specific buyer questions, pain points, objections, and decision triggers.
* Assist in audience segmentation and campaign optimization.
* Track campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversions.
7. Analytics & Performance Insights
* Track digital marketing performance across search, content, social, and email channels.
* Monitor metrics such as visibility, organic traffic, query coverage, engagement, conversions, and content performance.
* Analyze how audiences discover and interact with digital assets.
* Identify patterns and opportunities from performance data.
* Translate marketing data into actionable recommendations for improving visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with hands-on experience across SEO, content, social media, and analytics.
* Foundational understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, search behavior, and AI-driven discovery.
* Familiarity with analytics and performance measurement tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
* Understanding of keyword research, search intent, content optimization, and digital performance metrics.
* Comfortable working with Excel, presentations, documentation, and collaborative productivity tools.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple initiatives.
* Experience with AI tools for research, content creation, analysis, or productivity is preferred.
* Content samples, blogs, LinkedIn posts, campaign work, or research-driven writing examples are a strong advantage.
