Project Role : Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Good to have skills : NA
Educational Qualification : Min 15 years of full time education

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. The work environment encourages the use of modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure that the software delivered is scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business objectives. Problem-solving and iterative enhancement of existing components are integral parts of daily activities, fostering innovation and quality in software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Asset Management.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various enterprise systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Asset Management.
This position is based at our Jaipur office.
A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
