WE ARE HIRING – Solar EPC Costing & Estimation Engineer

Company: VPB Infratech Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical preferred
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs, costing, estimates and quotations for Solar EPC projects.
Study project requirements, technical specifications, drawings and tender documents.
Estimate quantities and costs for solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, DC/AC cables, electrical equipment and accessories.
Estimate civil, installation, testing and commissioning costs.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing and technical information.
Coordinate with internal Design, Purchase, Project and Sales teams.
Prepare competitive commercial offers while maintaining project margins.
Review BOQs and identify scope, quantity and cost variations.
Maintain proper records of costing sheets, vendor rates, BOQs and quotations.
Support tender preparation and quotation revisions as required.

Requirements

✔ 2–5 years of experience in Solar EPC Costing & Estimation.
✔ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred.
✔ Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, costing and estimation.
✔ Good understanding of Solar PV systems and electrical components.
✔ Ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications.
✔ Good analytical, commercial and vendor coordination skills.
✔ Solar EPC / Electrical EPC experience preferred.
