Host2Unlimited is a digital marketing agency specializing in the education sector. We work with schools, colleges, universities, coaching institutes, and EdTech brands to strengthen their digital presence through social media, branding, content marketing, digital campaigns, PR, and event marketing.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Executive / Coordinator who is creative, organized, proactive, and passionate about social media and digital marketing.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing social media activities for our clients while working closely with our content, design, video, photography, and marketing teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content planning, social media trends, client coordination, shoots, events, and creative marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Prepare and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
Coordinate and execute posts, reels, stories, carousels, captions, and video content.
Research trending reels, audio, hashtags, content formats, and social media trends.
Coordinate with graphic designers, content writers, video editors, photographers, and videographers.
Coordinate content requirements and approvals with clients.
Assist with and coordinate school/college events, exhibitions, photoshoots, and video shoots.
Visit client locations when required for content collection, shoots, and event coverage.
Ensure content is delivered, approved, scheduled, and published on time.
Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and audience engagement.
Track social media performance and assist in preparing monthly reports.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requirements.
Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Identify new content opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform features, and content strategies.

Candidate Requirements

0–2 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related field.
Freshers with good social media knowledge and a strong interest in digital marketing may also apply.
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Basic knowledge of Canva and social media management platforms.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Creative thinking and awareness of current social media trends.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and shoots when required.
Prior experience working with schools, colleges, education brands, or a digital marketing agency will be an added advantage.
