Knowledge of quality assurance, process improvements, domain, etc
Monitoring and Reviewing
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel, Power Point, Word Doc
Strong knowledge in the process
Fosters a spirit of collaboration and teamwork
Conformance to policies / compliances with auditing skills and eye for details
Ability to coach and give feedback on an ongoing basis.
Problem solving skills

Responsibilities: The Quality Compliance Analyst monitors process transactions to ensure client standards are met as well as process improvement opportunities identified

Monitoring of transactions as per process guidelines
Providing event-based and frequency-based feedback
Assisting Ops-AMs in identifying training needs for the agents and process level issues that can help improve performance
Participating in team huddles and providing brief on Quality performance in the process
Brief new agents joining the process and explain how the quality function operates in the process
Co-ordinate all process improvement initiatives
Primary External Interactions
Client, for the process Quality interactions and calibration sessions.

Qualifications: Graduate in any stream

Minimum 1 year of experience in the process
