Location: Bangalore — HSR Layout (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Take-Home)

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Management Trainee (Consultant) to join our Bangalore team. This is a purely backend role focused on operational support and data management. The ideal candidate is organized, proficient in Excel, and eager to contribute to smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day backend operational tasks and administrative support.
- Manage, update, and maintain data records using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
- Assist in generating operational reports, MIS sheets, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection, validation, and reporting.
- Monitor and track operational workflows to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Support process documentation and improvement initiatives.
- Assist in reconciliation of data across systems and departments.
- Respond to internal data queries and support requests from team leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc., or equivalent preferred).
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 6+ months of relevant experience are preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Good attention to detail and ability to handle large data sets accurately.
- Basic understanding of business operations and administrative processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or other data tools.
- Prior internship experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce.
- Basic knowledge of ERP or order management systems.
