Full job description

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Execution

Plan, manage, and execute events from concept to completion
Coordinate timelines, schedules, logistics, and event operations
Ensure smooth execution of corporate events, festivals, launches, exhibitions, and activations
Handle venue coordination, permissions, and on-ground management

Client Coordination

Understand client requirements and event objectives
Conduct client meetings and presentations
Provide creative ideas and execution strategies
Maintain regular communication and project updates with clients

Vendor & Production Management

Coordinate with vendors, artists, production teams, fabricators, decorators, technical teams, and freelancers
Manage stage, sound, light, LED, fabrication, and event setup requirements
Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all event elements

Team Management

Supervise event staff and on-ground teams
Allocate tasks and manage event workflows
Ensure proper coordination between creative, production, and operations teams

Budgeting & Reporting

Prepare event budgets and cost estimates
Monitor expenses and vendor payments
Ensure projects are delivered within budget
Prepare post-event reports and performance summaries

Marketing & Sponsorship Support

Assist in sponsorship coordination and partner management
Support event promotions and audience engagement activities
Coordinate with media, influencers, and PR teams when required

On-Ground Operations

Handle event setup, rehearsals, registrations, backstage, hospitality, and guest management
Resolve operational issues during events efficiently
Ensure safety protocols and event standards are maintained

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong leadership and coordination skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Good negotiation and vendor management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Qualification

Graduate in Event Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
Certification/Diploma in Event Management is an added advantage

Experience

2–6 years in Event Management, Activations, Exhibitions, Advertising, Media, or Hospitality
Experience in handling large-scale events and productions preferred
