Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer / Lead with expertise in MERN Stack, Laravel, and React Native to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver scalable web and mobile applications while mentoring team members.

Job Details

Role: Sr. Full-Stack Developer / Lead
Location: Ludhiana
Experience: 5-8 Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the development team.
Design and develop scalable web and mobile applications using MERN Stack, Laravel, and React Native.
Maintain coding standards and conduct code reviews.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Participate in sprint planning, task prioritization, and technical discussions.

Must-Have Skills

Strong expertise in:MongoDB , Express.js, React.js, Node.js,Laravel (PHP),React Native
Strong experience with Laravel Framework and MVC architecture.
Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs using Laravel.
Knowledge of Laravel authentication, authorization, and middleware.
Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Experience in developing scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
Strong understanding of React.js concepts including Hooks, Context API, Redux, and component-based architecture.
Strong experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
Experience integrating REST APIs, push notifications, and third-party libraries in React Native apps.
Strong knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Git/version control.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Knowledge of Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or PHPUnit.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of scalable architecture and UI/UX best practices.

Education Required

B.Tech / B.E. / BCA in Computer Science or related field
MCA / M.Tech / MS / M.Sc. in relevant specialization

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
