Senior Software Tester ( Automation Testing )
Experience: 5 Yrs to 10 Yrs.

Sr. Software Tester ( Automation Testing Mandatory )
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Understanding the business requirements, preparing test scenario, test data & test cases. Involvement in Test Execution, Results Analyzing and Defect Reporting.
· Lead and nurture a team of testers, encouraging high standards in code quality, collaborative code reviews, and adherence to agile practices.
· Performance Testing: Familiarity with tools like JMeter.
· Cross-Browser & Mobile Testing: Ability to test across multiple browsers and devices.
· Test the data with valid and invalid inputs.
· Sanity Testing, Retesting & Regression Testing on modified Software Builds.
· Tracking Changes, Preparing Reports and Updating Documents.
· Responsible for Integration Testing, Functional Testing, System Testing.
· Documentations on Defect Management, Test Management & Test Automation.
· Execution of Selenium Test cases and Reporting defects.
· Interpreted and converted manual test cases into automation, smoke and regression suites.
· Work on Jenkins for Continuous Integration (CI) Requirements.
· Preparation of weekly and monthly status reports.
· Development of Automation Test Script using Selenium WebDriver & TestNG in Core JAVA. Debugging & Executing Automation test script using Selenium Web Driver.
· Review Test Reports and Prepare Summary Reports of the same.
· Involve in the Integration Testing for various changes and requirements across team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications or similar technical discipline or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- 6 to 9 years of experience as a Sr. Software Tester; demonstrated success developing a variety of software systems while taking on increasing responsibility for analysis, design, implementation, and deployment tasks with support.
Specific Knowledge/Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Degree Master's in Computer Science / Information Technology plus 6 + years of industry experience.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of Agile-based Learning Management system project
- Attended meetings with developers, testers and project manager for proper understanding of the requirements
- Identified possible scenarios & converted into test cases
- Involved in Review test cases and update the review comments
- Involved in logging and tracking the defect
- Executed test cases for Smoke, Component, Integration and Adhoc Testing.
- Having good analytical skills to comprehend Business Requirements and prepare Build Verification Test and checklists accordingly.
- Good experience in Smoke, Functional, Integration, End to End, Adhoc, Compatibility and Regression Testing.
- Knowledge of Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Good Experience in Preparation, Review and Execution of Test Cases.
- Good knowledge of test process, creation and understanding of testing artifacts like Test Plan, Test case etc.
- Good Experience in Bug tracking and reporting using Defect Management Tool (JIRA) till closure.
- Checks whether software is vulnerable to cyber-attacks and tests the impact of malicious or unexpected inputs on its operations.
- You work well in groups and enjoy working in the office with your coworkers.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, suggesting and implementing improvements.
