Work independently and collaboratively: Support both the CEO and the dynamic Team environment.
Preparedness: Maintain a checklist for meetings—topics, PPTs, and goals.

Regular Tasks:

Scheduling and Calendar Management :
Plan and prioritize the CEO’s daily agenda.
Coordinate with internal Teams to ensure meetings, calls, and appointments are on track.
Arrange travel and accommodation as needed.
Email Management
Organize and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO.
Draft professional emails, including thank-you notes and follow-ups.
Administrative Support
Track progress of ongoing projects and tasks.
Maintain an organized system for all important documents, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
