Ansai Tooling Systems Pvt. Ltd. is an authorised distributor for leading multinational companies such as Ceratizit, OSG, ITW Chemin and Magnaflux, dealing in CNC metal cutting carbide tools, industrial oils and MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) chemicals and machines. We cater primarily to automotive, auto ancillaries, general engineering, Aerospace, Aviation, Power and allied industries across India.
Role Objective
We are looking for a Female or male executive, to drive profitable growth in Back End sales of Metal cutting carbide tools, Industrial oils and Magnetic Particle Inspection (NDT) products by acquiring and developing customers through Digital Channels (Indiamart, GEM, etc.) and Digital Marketing, while supporting finance and commercial functions through accurate MIS, pricing analytics and credit control. Candidate does not need to travel to customer location.
Key Responsibilities – Business Development (Technical Sales)
- Develop business for products of principals such as Ceratizit, OSG, ITW Chemin and Magnaflux in assigned territories and key accounts.
- Identify and approach new customers in automotive, auto ancillaries, general engineering, fabrication, and other relevant sectors through indiamart, GEM or any other platform.
- Understand customer requirement through phone call or mail and propose suitable solutions after consulting with seniors or respective engineer.
- Prepare and submit techno‑commercial offers, quotations and cost‑per‑component proposals as per company and principal guidelines.
- Negotiate prices and commercial terms within defined margin and credit policies.
- Discussion with customers to build long‑term relationships, monitor product performance and identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities and credit control.
- Coordinate with principals’ engineers and sales teams for joint calls & application support.
- Maintain accurate enquiry, quotation and order pipeline data using Excel/ERP/CRM; submit periodic reports to management.
Key Responsibilities – Finance, MIS & Commercial
- Generate and analyse MIS reports – sales vs target, product‑wise and customer‑wise contribution, and principal‑wise performance.
- Coordinate with accounts team to ensure timely invoicing, dispatch documentation and compliance with GST and other statutory requirements.
- Monitor receivables ageing; follow up with customers for payments, reconciliations and resolution of debit/credit notes.
- Assist in setting and reviewing customer credit limits based on payment history, business potential and management guidelines.
- Check and validate commercial terms on customer purchase orders and principal invoices – payment terms, freight, insurance, penalties, returns etc.
- Provide data and support for audits, banks and periodic management reviews.
Additional Responsibilities (Ansai‑Specific)
- Coordinate with branch offices (e.g., Rudrapur, Ahmedabad, or others as applicable) for inter‑branch transfers, stock planning and support to local customers.
- Assist in maintaining optimum inventory of fast‑moving cutting tools, oils and MPI consumables based on sales trends and lead times from principals.
- Contribute to improving internal processes related to enquiry handling, quotation formats, order booking and reporting to principals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education
- Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Production) or other relevant engineering discipline,
- Or B.Com / BBA / BSC similar with strong technical aptitude and interest in industrial products.
- Experience
- Freshers with strong interest or basic knowledge in sales and back-office management are welcome.
- Experienced candidates (up to 4 years) in industrial sales/business development OR Financial field of related engineering products will be preferred.
- Candidates must demonstrate zeal to learn, grow and excel in this specialised field.
- Technical & System Skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (lookups, basic formulas, simple reports/pivots) for sales and margin analysis.
- Familiarity with Tally/ERP and basic GST/commercial concepts for sales and purchase transactions; freshers can be trained but must be comfortable with numbers and documentation.
- Ability to draft professional emails, quotations and simple reports.
- Soft Skills & Behaviour
- Clear verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Self‑driven, Strong numerical ability, discipline with documentation and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, reliability and a long‑term mindset towards building a career in technical sales and co-ordination
- Compensation
- Salary range: ₹18,000 to ₹28,000 per month, based on qualification, experience and performance in the selection process.
