Assistant Manager / Operations Executive

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and result-oriented Operations professional who can independently manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with different departments and ensure smooth execution of business activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Dispatch, Purchase, Sales and other departments.
Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of operational tasks.
Monitor manpower, work allocation, productivity and daily performance.
Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure proper closure.
Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and MIS.
Implement and monitor SOPs, processes and work discipline.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and service providers as required.
Support management in planning, execution and process improvement.
Handle urgent operational issues and provide practical solutions.
Take ownership of overall operational efficiency and ensure targets are achieved.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 5–10 years in Operations / Factory / Manufacturing / Administration.
Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month.
Strong team-handling, coordination and leadership skills.
Should be practical, confident and capable of taking independent decisions.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-department environment.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and reporting.
Experience in factory/manufacturing operations will be preferred.
Should have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
