Job Overview:

The Regional Head of Admissions & Marketing plays a pivotal role in driving admissions, enhancing brand visibility, and implementing marketing strategies for a specific geographic region. This position involves collaborating with individual schools, stakeholders, and community members to achieve enrollment targets and promote the schools' mission and values.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure that the projected growth and retention figures align with the annual budget across all schools within the group.

· Manage the budget for Marketing and Student Recruitment, assessing the return on investment for conducted marketing activities.

· Establish and oversee an outreach program designed to expand the school's network, fostering positive relationships and enhancing its reputation within the community.

· Collaborate with Principals and the school admissions and marketing team to develop the Annual Marketing Plan, including the management of the Marketing Budget, an integral part of the School Development Plan.

· Collaborate closely with the operations and school admissions team by sharing the marketing plan and coordinating the allocated budget to ensure the implementation of administrative tasks related to organizing the same.

· Share the reports on competitive schools, covering fees, pupil numbers, and academic offerings.

· Conduct parental surveys, either electronically or by phone, to assess parent satisfaction, record outcomes, and provide appropriate advice.

· Establish business connections and partnerships, facilitating introductions to the Head of School with key employers and business developers to maximize pupil recruitment opportunities.

· Organize and assist in hosting events within the school campus to enhance outreach and community accessibility.

·Research and explore potential new partnerships with local and regional businesses to augment the admissions program, eg. corporate tie-up, creating awareness about the school with word of mouth, marketing plans.

·Ensure consistent use of brand and corporate identity throughout the school, acting as the brand ambassador to implement and enforce brand guidelines appropriately.

·Establish connections and liaise with local and national communication channels, both online and offline, such as newspapers, magazines, and specialist publications, to identify advertising opportunities, including billboards and posters.

·Write and submit regular press releases on school activities, events, and pupil achievements.

· Initiate targeted campaigns for the school, as directed by the Board Members.

· Organize school wide campaigns, collaborating and coordinating efforts with the National Head of Admissions and Marketing.

·Accountable for overseeing social media campaigns within the designated region, consistently monitoring the respective school's social media pages and ensuring any necessary website changes are implemented.

Preferred Skills and Qualification:

· Master’s Degree (preferably in Business Studies, Marketing, PR, Economics etc)

· Evidence of relevant professional development in marketing and sales Experience & Knowledge .

· 7-10 years’ experience in Marketing in Education Industry

·Experience of having worked within the service delivery sector, education sector experiences a bonus. Strong analytical skills and proven record of using data and research to support initiatives undertaken.

· Ability to build, manage and motivate cross functional high performing teams.

· Experience in monitoring competitor market activity

· Experience in using digital and social media trends and tools to influence the sales life cycle.

·Understands and can build strong customer advocacy and repeat client loyalty and retention Experience of high-level networking to build creative and mutually beneficial relationships that positively impact on strategic and tactical business development.

· Commercially aware and results driven with good business acumen.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
