About the Role
AMANA Corporate Services LLC is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager / CFO to lead and independently manage complex finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, and compliance matters for multiple clients.
The ideal candidate should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong professional background and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Audit, Taxation, and Financial Management.
This position requires a senior-level professional who can take complete ownership of accounting and finance cases. Once a case is assigned, the candidate should be capable of independently reviewing, managing, resolving, and delivering the final output accurately with minimum supervision.
Experience with UAE Accounting, UAE VAT, UAE Corporate Tax, UAE Business Setup, and international accounting practices will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage complete accounting and finance cases from initial review to final output.
- Handle accounting operations for multiple UAE and international clients.
- Review and finalize books of accounts and financial statements.
- Manage month-end, year-end, and financial closing activities.
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow Statements, and other financial reports.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
- Lead and review statutory, internal, tax, and financial audits.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, authorities, and clients.
- Review accounting records and identify errors, discrepancies, compliance issues, and financial risks.
- Handle UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance and related documentation.
- Review tax calculations, reconciliations, returns, and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper accounting treatment and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Manage financial reporting and provide accurate reports to management and clients.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
- Analyse financial data and provide recommendations to management for business decisions.
- Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Supervise, review, and guide accounting and finance team members.
- Manage multiple client deadlines and ensure all assignments are completed accurately and on time.
- Handle complex accounting and audit matters independently and provide practical solutions.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and effectively communicate financial and accounting matters.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, or Financial Management is mandatory.
- Strong experience in an Accounting Firm, Audit Firm, Tax Consultancy, Corporate Finance, or Business Consultancy.
- Strong practical knowledge of UAE Accounting is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with UAE-based clients.
- Experience in UAE Business Setup / Corporate Services.
- Strong UAE VAT and Corporate Tax practical experience.
- Experience handling multiple client portfolios.
- Previous experience with reputed companies, large organizations, or MNCs.
- International work experience in UAE, UK, GCC, or other foreign countries will be highly preferred.
- Experience with internationally recognized accounting and auditing firms will be an advantage.
- Experience in dealing directly with senior management, business owners, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Experience leading accounting and audit teams.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a senior-level finance professional, not just an accounting executive.
The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of a case and completing it independently, including:
Review → Accounting → Reconciliation → Tax & Compliance → Audit → Financial Statements → Finalization → Client/Management Reporting
The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, professional judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate results within a short timeframe.
Important Requirement
Only candidates with Qualified CA status and a minimum of 10 years of relevant Accounting/Audit/Finance experience will be considered for this position.
Candidates with UAE/international experience, reputed company/MNC experience, and strong client-handling capabilities will receive priority.
