Time Office In Charge

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily attendance and time office activities.
Monitor employee in/out timing and shift management.
Maintain attendance registers, leave records, and overtime details.
Coordinate with HR department for payroll attendance data.
Supervise worker discipline and employee movement inside the factory/company premises.
Handle employee-related queries regarding attendance and shifts.
Maintain proper records of contract and permanent employees.
Ensure smooth coordination between management and employees.
Prepare daily and monthly attendance reports.
Support administration and factory operations when required.

Requirements

Minimum experience in handling employees and time office activities.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Basic computer knowledge in MS Excel and attendance systems.
Ability to manage workforce discipline and attendance effectively.
Preference for candidates with manufacturing/factory experience.

Qualification

Any Degree / Plus Two with relevant experience.

Experience

Minimum 1 years experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
