Full job description

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Loading & Unloading Executive to manage material handling activities at our company premises. The candidate will be responsible for safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform loading and unloading of materials, goods, and equipment from delivery vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid damage during loading, unloading, and shifting
Verify quantity and condition of incoming and outgoing materials against delivery challans or invoices
Arrange, stack, and store materials systematically in designated warehouse or storage areas
Assist in internal movement of materials within the premises as per operational requirements
Coordinate with the store, purchase, and logistics teams for smooth material flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of loading/unloading zones and storage areas
Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect materials to the supervisor immediately
Support stock counting, inventory checks, and periodic audits when required
Ensure timely completion of loading and unloading activities to avoid delays in operations
Assist drivers and transport staff during dispatch and receiving processes
Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or above
Physically fit and able to handle manual work
Basic understanding of material handling processes
Ability to work in a team
Prior experience in loading/unloading will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
