Full job description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing and managing all internal brandcommunication, on-ground brand activation, and performance reporting activities across theStories Homes ecosystem.This role connects the creative and operational aspects of branding — ensuring that every campaign, communication, and initiative is consistent with the brand’s identity, timely inexecution, and measurable in outcome.The Brand Executive acts as the executional backbone of the brand department — drivingemployee engagement, coordinating BTL activities, monitoring social media advocacy,managing data reporting (E-commerce, Msquad, and Treebute), and maintaining strong communication flow between teams and external partner.

Execute all internal brand communications, promotional activities, and engagement programs as per the brand calendar.

● Plan, design, and circulate internal updates, recognition posters, and engagement campaigns reflecting the brand’s tone and cultural narrative.

● Maintain a monthly internal communication schedule with measurable participation goals.

● Ensure 100% adherence to brand guidelines in all internal visual, written, and event communication.

● Coordinate with the Brand Manager to plan internal culture drives, brand events, and announcements.

● Drive and monitor employee participation in sharing official brand creatives onFacebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social channels

Design and publish monthly recognition creatives:○ Most Engaged Employee○ Most Content Creator / Advocate○ Team with Highest Brand Participation

● Coordinate with HR and Brand Manager to promote these recognitions internally and externally

E-Commerce, Lead & Msquad Reporting:

● Take daily reports on total e-commerce sales, traffic, and conversion performance.

● Monitor daily lead generation, nurturing, and conversion rates from digital and offline sources.

● Coordinate with CRM and Msquad teams for timely sharing of campaign data, creative performance, and lead status.

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly consolidated reports summarizing:

● Plan, organize, and execute BTL activities, local marketing events, and in-store promotions under the guidance of the Brand Manager.

Collect and compile data on participants, walk-ins, leads, and event outcomes.

● Record and report BTL expenses, participation metrics, and ROI for every activation.● Submit detailed post-activation reports including visuals, key learnings, andperformance summaries.

●.Cross-Functional Coordination & CSR (Treebute)

● Coordinate with external agencies (creative, PR, influencer, event, or media) fortimelines, deliverables, and project milestones.● Attend all agency and vendor meetings and maintain detailed Minutes of Meeting(MOM).● Circulate MOMs within 24 hours to all concerned stakeholders.

PR & Social Outreach (CEO)

● Identify and reach out to relevant social media pages, influencers, and PR partners forbrand collaborations.

● Explore digital outreach opportunities forCEO page— aligning with brand voice and business goals.
