As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who can take ownership of lead generation, brand building, and digital growth initiatives while helping shape the future of our marketing function.
Role Overview
As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving Connect My Expert’s digital growth initiatives across multiple channels.
You will work directly with the founders to develop and execute marketing strategies, generate qualified leads, strengthen brand visibility, and build scalable marketing systems that support business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, executing ideas, solving problems, and creating measurable impact through digital marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Growth Marketing
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on generating high-quality student and parent inquiries.
- Identify and optimize lead acquisition channels to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
- Support business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results through testing and optimization.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and responsibly.
Content Marketing & Social Media
- Develop content strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate the creation of social media posts, marketing creatives, reels, videos, testimonials, and promotional content.
- Support growth across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and communication.
Website & Landing Page Management
- Manage and update the company website using WordPress.
- Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation campaigns.
- Publish blogs, announcements, and marketing content.
- Maintain website lead forms and ensure a smooth user experience.
- Coordinate with external developers whenever required.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance across all marketing channels.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Monitor lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Use data and insights to improve marketing performance.
Marketing Operations & Team Development
- Establish marketing processes, systems, and reporting structures.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content creators, and external vendors when required.
- Collaborate with founders on future marketing expansion plans.
- Support onboarding and guidance of future marketing team members as the department grows.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress website management.
- Understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing social media platforms and content initiatives.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing reporting tools.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple marketing initiatives.
- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech, Education Services, or Online Learning.
- Experience marketing to international audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Exposure to SEO fundamentals and landing page optimization.
- Experience coordinating with creative teams, agencies, or freelancers.
