Veeva Vault CTMS – BA / Techno-Functional Experience: 10+ yearsKey Responsibilities:

Work as a Business Analyst / Techno-Functional consultant for Veeva Vault CTMS.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Work closely with clinical operations and business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into Veeva CTMS solutions and configurations.
Provide functional expertise across CTMS modules and clinical trial processes.
Support configuration, testing, validation, UAT, and production deployment.
Create BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios.
Coordinate with technical and configuration teams for solution implementation.
Analyze production issues and provide functional/technical solutions.
Support Veeva releases, enhancements, and system upgrades.

Required Skills:

Strong Veeva Vault CTMS experience
Business Analysis / Techno-Functional experience
Clinical trial processes
Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
Vault configuration knowledge
UAT and validation
Veeva Vault release management
Strong communication and documentation skills
