Full job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to manage software licensing procurement operations, vendor coordination, quotation management, purchase order processing, and supplier negotiations. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT procurement, software licensing, cloud subscriptions, and procurement lifecycle management while working closely with sales, technical, finance, and vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Request and evaluate quotations from vendors and distributors
Compare commercial proposals and prepare quotation summaries
Negotiate pricing, discounts, and commercial terms with vendors
Create and process Purchase Orders (POs)
Track procurement requests from requirement stage to order fulfillment
Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, and Operations teams
Follow up with vendors on order status, license delivery, and renewals
Maintain procurement records, documentation and reporting
Manage software licensing procurement activities
Coordinate cloud subscription procurement and renewals.
Handle vendor onboarding and relationship management
Support monthly procurement reporting and analysis
Ensure timely processing of procurement requests and approvals

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
Relevant procurement experience in IT/software procurement preferred

Experience Required:

2–5 years of procurement experience
Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiations
Experience handling Purchase Orders and procurement documentation
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams
