MOM Involvement in Urgent cases Material readiness & Dispatch Plan – 1 hour Daily
Business development through India Mart or Direct
Action on Customer Insurance MIS and defaulter customer Payment Follow up
Analysing & working on KPI of Field executives/Senior CSE/Junior CSE
Import Data Analyse
Dealer’s Data analysis
External auditors report study & reply
Action on Customer quality complaints
