Full job description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Content Creator to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and support our digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and current trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Develop social media posts, reels, stories, captions, and other creative content.
Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
Monitor social media trends and implement new content ideas.
Create basic graphics and video content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
Write creative and engaging captions, copy, and promotional content.
Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages when required.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to execute campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications:

6 months–1 year of experience in social media management or content creation.
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Strong creative thinking and content-writing skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools.
Good communication and English writing skills.
Ability to understand social media trends and audience engagement.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
Experience in creating short-form videos/reels.
Knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
Basic photography or videography skills.
