Civil Engineering Intern Supervisor

Location: Lakkar Bazar, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh
Department: Site Operations / Project Management
Duration: 6-Month Internship
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month + Accommodation Provided
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
Employment Type: Internship with Full-Time Opportunity

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Civil Engineering graduates to join our team as Intern Supervisors for site-based projects in Shimla. This is a 6-month internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in construction site supervision, project coordination, and execution. Based on performance during the internship, candidates may be offered a full-time position with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in supervising daily construction and site activities.
Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
Support site engineers in project execution and quality control.
Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction guidelines.
Track material usage and site requirements.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project records.
Assist in resolving on-site issues and operational challenges.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Willingness to work on-site in Shimla.
Basic understanding of construction processes and site management.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
