Position

Finance Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate will analyze financial data, prepare reports, monitor business performance, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning.
Monitor revenue, expenses, and key financial performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
Analyze profitability, costs, pricing, and business trends.
Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain financial databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business initiatives and investment opportunities.
Assist with audits, compliance, and financial controls.
Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is preferred.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python is an added advantage.
Professional certifications such as CFA, CMA, CPA, or ACCA are preferred but not mandatory.
