Experience – 8-10 years (In stores dept)

Attend Sunrise and Sunset meeting with MDT

Maintain inward and outward register

Update Bincards upon reciept / issue / despatch of material

Check stock level of RM/consumables and raise requisition wherever required

Follow-up with Purchase dept for shortage/delay in material

Prepare delivery challans for all outward material

Prepare GRR for all incoming material and forward the same to QA dept for clearing

Co-ordinate with Mktg, QA and Accounts for material dispatch.

Make arrangement for sorting/packing as per dispatch plan

Maintain records of material at subcontractors

Highlight cases of excess/abnormal consumption of material/tooling/consumables

Verification of stock by physical stock taking at end of every month

Monthly monitoring of KPIs - Consumables VS Inventory

Follow all Work Instructions related to Stores

Planning of vehicle for local visits

Communicate with subcontractors regarding schedules

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
