We are seeking a highly strategic, creative, and performance-driven IT Product Marketing Head to lead the overall product marketing function for the organization’s technology products and digital solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SaaS marketing, product positioning, branding, digital growth strategies, customer acquisition, market expansion, and team leadership. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, execution excellence, leadership capability, and deep understanding of technology-driven businesses.
As the IT Product Marketing Head, you will be responsible for building product visibility, driving lead generation, strengthening market presence, developing go-to-market strategies, and leading high-impact marketing campaigns that contribute directly to business growth.
- Lead and manage the complete product marketing function across multiple technology products and business verticals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Build strong product positioning, branding, and market differentiation strategies.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and product adoption initiatives.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, performance marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing channels.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature rollouts.
- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competition, and industry insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance, ROI tracking, and reporting.
- Build and lead high-performing marketing teams with strong execution capabilities.
- Strengthen brand awareness, online presence, and product visibility across target markets.
- Develop strategic partnerships, branding initiatives, and growth collaborations.
- Optimize customer journey, engagement, and conversion funnels.
- Monitor marketing KPIs and continuously improve campaign performance and growth metrics.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Product Marketing / SaaS Marketing / Technology Marketing.
- Proven experience in leading product marketing teams and growth functions.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, digital products, CRM systems, automation solutions, and technology-driven platforms.
- Expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, brand strategy, product positioning, and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Experience in building and scaling B2B marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven marketing approach.
- Ability to manage multiple products, campaigns, and teams simultaneously.
- Experience in startup or high-growth technology environment will be preferred.
- MBA in Marketing / Business Management preferred.
