You will own the complete sales journey — from first enquiry to agreement registration — for one of Chennai's most anticipated luxury launches. Your territory is premium, your clientele is discerning, and your mandate is clear: convert quality leads into proud Rohaan Bliss homeowners while upholding the brand standard that every touchpoint demands.
— KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Revenue
◆ Drive end-to-end unit sales — from lead qualification to booking and agreement execution
◆ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with project launch phases
◆ Conduct high-quality site visits and experience-centre presentations for HNI, NRI and C-suite clientele
◆ Negotiate unit pricing and payment plans within company-defined authority levels
◆ Cross-sell Rohaan Bliss Bank Investment Model to qualifying investors — mobilise capital through tri-party agreements
Client Relationship Management
◆ Manage a curated portfolio of high-net-worth prospects with the care and discretion befitting the brand
◆ Serve as the single point of trust for clients from first contact through possession
◆ Proactively resolve concerns, escalate when necessary, and ensure zero experience-quality failures
◆ Build a referral network among existing clients, business owners, retirees and NRI communities
Market Intelligence & Brand Representation
◆ Track competitor launches, pricing and positioning in Medavakkam, Perumbakkam, and OMR corridors
◆ Represent Rohaan Bliss at curated property expos, NRI investor meets and referral events
◆ Maintain brand voice and presentation standards across all client-facing communications
◆ Prepare weekly pipeline reports, sales dashboards and conversion analytics for leadership
Team & Process Leadership
◆ Mentor junior sales executives and channel partner executives in luxury sales protocol
◆ Manage CRM hygiene — ensure every interaction, follow-up and outcome is accurately captured
◆ Coordinate with the legal team on agreement drafting, RERA compliance and registration workflows
◆ Collaborate with marketing on campaign feedback, lead quality review and channel effectiveness
— WHAT YOU BRING
Non-Negotiables
◆ 5 – 10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in luxury or premium real estate in Chennai
◆ A demonstrated track record of closing high-value residential or commercial transactions (₹1Cr+)
◆ Fluency in Tamil and English; confident presenter in both languages
◆ Deep knowledge of Chennai's South Corridor — Medavakkam, Perumbakkam, Sholinganallur, OMR
◆ Strong digital literacy — proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic presentation software
Strongly Preferred
◆ Prior experience selling to NRI clientele or managing NRI outreach campaigns
◆ Familiarity with structured investment models, SIP-in-real-estate, or bank-linked property investment products
◆ Existing relationships with channel partners, DSAs, or HNI broker networks in Chennai
◆ Experience with RERA documentation, tripartite agreement workflows, and home loan processing timelines
