Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Support Associate to manage customer accounts and provide advanced software/application support. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling customer escalations and support operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
Provide software and application support to customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve software, application, and system-related issues.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with development, QA, and technical teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
Monitor support tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
Assist customers with software configurations, onboarding, and technical guidance.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
Maintain support documentation, reports, and knowledge base articles.
Train and guide junior support associates when required.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Required Skills

Strong communication and customer management skills.
Experience in software/application support and troubleshooting.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL/MySQL databases.
Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and support processes.
Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple client issues efficiently.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

Preferred Requirements

Experience in ERP, CRM, SaaS, or web-based application support.
Experience handling client coordination and support escalations.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Candidate from Kerala and Tamilnadu perferred.......

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
