We are looking for a result-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for handling website operations, marketplace management, product listings, digital promotions, order processing, and performance analysis to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Store Management
- Manage and update company e-commerce website
- Ensure smooth user experience and checkout process
- Monitor website performance and resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with developers for updates and improvements
Product Management
- Upload and optimize product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, SEO keywords)
- Maintain product inventory and stock updates
- Ensure accurate product categorization
- Manage pricing strategies and promotional offers
Marketplace Management
- Handle accounts on platforms
- Monitor order processing and fulfillment
- Manage customer reviews and ratings
- Optimize listings for better ranking
Digital Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute online campaigns
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns
- Analyze traffic, sales conversion, and ROI
Order & Customer Management
- Process and track orders
- Coordinate with logistics partners
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensure timely returns and refund processing
Required Skills
- Knowledge of E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Woo-Commerce, Magento)
- Understanding of SEO & digital marketing
- Experience in marketplace management
- Basic knowledge of product photography & content writing
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication & coordination skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge may apply
