Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled SYSYTEM Network Administrator to assist in managing and maintaining network infrastructure. The role involves network monitoring, troubleshooting, hardware configuration, and ensuring system security and uptime.
Key Responsibilities
·System administrator & (Networking) are usually charged with installing, supporting, and maintaining servers& Network or other computer systems, and planning for and responding to service outages and other problems. Other duties may include scripting or light programming, project management for systems and Network -related projects.

- Branch Level User / System Support
- Branch Server Support
- Branch Network /Firewall / Switch Support
- Office Users / Systems Support
Key Performance Indicators - KPI
1. Branch Level User / System Support:
· Install and configure OS , software and hardware
· Set up accounts and workstations
· Verify that peripherals are working properly
· Monitor system performance
· Troubleshoot issues and outages
· Create file systems
· Providing end user support and troubleshooting.
· Installation, Configuration and Troubleshoot of network and local printers ( HP , Canon, Epson , Richo)
· Provide support to all Desktop/ Laptop related calls and Remote location .
· Installation and OS Support - Repair / Re-Installation or fresh Installation
· User management including configuring new accounts, password resets, and troubleshooting user login, profile and permission issues.
2. Branch Server Support:
· Identify, troubleshoot, and correct hardware and software issues on servers, Escalate incidents as necessary.
· Billing and CMD software installation and support .
· OS installation / Software installation / AV installation
· Escalating hardware issues to Vendor via ticketing system .
3. Branch Network /Firewall / Switch Support:
· Manage vendors ISP for products and services
· Mange Firewall , VPN, Web filtering ,
· Escalating ISP down time issues to proper ISP vendors via ticketing system
· Managing Warranty and Policy in the all the branch Firewall
· Lan cable Crimping and punching. Internet access for the LAN & Wireless
· Troubleshooting Remote Access, VPN (SSL and IPSec), cabling and routing
4. Office Users / Systems Support:
· OS installation / Software installation / AV installation
· Email account configuration and maintain user data backup before new OS installation , Installing & configuring mails in Outlook
· Provide support to all Desktop/ Laptop related calls.
· Installation and OS Support - Repair / Re-Installation or fresh Installation
· User management including configuring new accounts, password resets, and troubleshooting user login, profile and permission issues.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES
· Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
· Experience with networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
· Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
· Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language
· Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
· Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
· Analytical skills. Administrators need to evaluate networks and systems to make sure that they perform reliably and to anticipate new requirements as customers’ needs change.
· Communication skills. Administrators must describe problems and their solutions to non-IT workers.
· Multitasking skills. Administrators may have to work on many problems and tasks at the same time.
· Problem-solving skills. Administrators must quickly resolve problems that arise with computer networks.
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent knowledge in Operating System such as : Windows Server 2008/2012 Basic Support . Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS environments
· Excellent knowledge in Client Operating System like Windows 7 / 10 / XP , Microsoft office .
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a degree in Information technology or equivalent training/experience.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Certifications: Cisco, Microsoft( MCIT, MCTS, MCP, MCSE), VMware, Citrix

· Bottom UP: Team Leader Infra
· Top Down – It support Executive
