Key Responsibilities

Coordinating workshop’s security, housekeeping and visitor management.
Managing employee transportation and coordination with PDI department.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for services, repairs, AMC and maintenance.
Supporting workshop’s audits, inspections and statutory documentation
Handling vendor bills, quotations, contracts and service-related issues.
Coordinate with accounts for vendor bills and timely payments.
Ensure renewal of licenses (All), AMC contracts, insurance, utility agreements and other administrative documents.
Have knowledge in mechanical service and fire safety security.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word
Vendor and contractor management.
Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Time management and multitasking ability.
Knowledge of automobile dealership/plant operations is an advantage.Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Administration, preferably in automobile, manufacturing, dealership or engineering industries.
Experience handling housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, vendors and facility management will be preferred.
Candidates with exposure to an automotive plant/showroom/workshop environment can be given preference.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
