About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, confident and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive student outreach, generate quality leads and support admissions. The role involves building relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes and education partners, conducting career guidance activities, and converting prospective students into admissions.

This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy networking, communication, relationship building and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes and education consultants/agents.

Identify new institutional partnerships and business development opportunities.

Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, presentations and student engagement activities.

Plan and execute school/college visits, education fairs, workshops and outreach initiatives.

Generate, qualify and follow up on student leads to drive admissions.

Understand student requirements and coordinate with the counselling/admissions team to ensure timely conversion.

Manage the lead journey from initial interaction to admission closure, including regular follow-ups.

Maintain accurate lead, visit and conversion records through CRM, Excel or Google Sheets.

Coordinate with Admissions, Marketing and Academic teams to ensure a smooth student experience.

Achieve assigned lead generation and admission targets and submit regular performance updates.

Provide feedback on market trends, student preferences and new opportunities for business growth.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline.

1–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Education Sales, Admissions, Student Counselling or EdTech preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal, networking and relationship-management abilities.

Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Comfortable working with targets and performance-driven responsibilities.

Proficient in basic MS Excel/Google Sheets and digital communication tools.

Willingness to travel for institutional visits and outreach activities.
