Key Responsibilities:

Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and strategic documents.
Coordinate with departments to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
Support administrative, operational, and special projects assigned by the CEO.

Required Skills:

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior management.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
Experience working directly with C-level executives.
Knowledge of business operations and project coordination.
Experience in travel management and event coordination.
Strong presentation and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
