About the Role:

We're looking for a Brand Solutions Intern who's ready to get their hands dirty across the full spectrum of integrated marketing. This isn't a coffee-and-photocopying internship.

You'll be embedded in live client projects — coordinating briefs, tracking campaign timelines, and liaising with cross-functional teams — from day one.

If you're someone who understands the digital ecosystem, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, this is where you'll grow fast.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary coordinator between clients and internal teams — keeping communication clear, timely, and professional.
Translate client requirements into structured, actionable briefs for creative, strategy, and performance teams.
Manage timelines, approvals, deliverables, and campaign rollouts across multiple accounts.
Coordinate with teams across Creative, Strategy, Social Media, SEO, Performance Marketing, Marketplace, Influencer, and Production.
Track campaign progress and provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Support client presentations, performance reports, and review meetings.
Identify opportunities for additional services, upselling, and account growth.

What We're Looking For:

0–1 year of experience in an agency, digital marketing, or client servicing role.

Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including:

◦ Social Media Marketing

◦ Performance Marketing

◦ SEO

◦ Marketplace Marketing (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

◦ Influencer Marketing

◦ Content Marketing

Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
A collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-first attitude.

Good to Have

Familiarity with emerging channels: Reddit Marketing, Community Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, ORM, and AI-led marketing solutions.
Prior internship or project experience in a digital marketing or creative agency.
Exposure to D2C, E-commerce, or FMCG brands.

AI Tool Proficiency

At RB2F, AI tools are part of how we work — not a shortcut, but a standard. We expect everyone on the team, including interns, to actively use AI tools to work smarter and deliver better output.

Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent for drafting, research, summarising, or ideation.
Ability to write clear, effective prompts that produce usable, high-quality output — not just raw AI responses.
Full ownership of all AI-assisted work: whatever you submit with AI support should meet the same quality bar as work done independently.
Comfort exploring and adopting new AI tools as they emerge.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
