Job Title: Student Counsellor (Study Abroad)
Location: Kalpetta, Wayanad
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Study Abroad industry preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Student Counsellor to guide students in pursuing their education abroad. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to understand student requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities (UK, Germany, Ireland, Dubai, etc.)
Understand student profiles and suggest suitable courses and universities
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful applications
Maintain regular communication with students and parents
Coordinate with the documentation team for application and visa processing
Update and manage student data in CRM systems
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the study abroad industry (preferred)
Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills can apply
Ability to convince and handle students professionally
Basic knowledge of overseas education processes is an added advantage
Target-oriented and self-motivated
