Job description
This role owns Sakshi's entire web presence and the systems that sit around it. You will run the
Sakshi and Rakshin Project websites on Squarespace, build a new site for The KalGyani Project,
set up our LinkedIn CRM, and automate certificate issuance for The Rakshin Project. Alongside
that, you will keep an eye on the nonprofit technology grant landscape and bring us the
programmes worth applying for.
This is a hands-on role with day-to-day ownership. The person in it is the single point of
accountability for every site Sakshi runs.
Key responsibilities
1. Websites
Own the Sakshi and Rakshin Project websites on Squarespace end to end, including layout,
custom CSS, code injection, navigation and performance. Design and build a new website for The
KalGyani Project from scratch on Squarespace, aligned to the project's Theory of Change and
brand. Publish content updates, programme figures, partner logos, event pages, reports and
campaign pages as inputs arrive from the Programmes, Content, Creative and Marketing teams.
Build landing pages and forms for outreach drives and campaigns. Manage domains, DNS, SSL,
integrations and third party embeds. Maintain analytics across all sites and report on traffic,
sources and conversion. Own SEO fundamentals: metadata, structured data, page speed, broken
links and search visibility.
2. LinkedIn CRM
Set up and configure the LinkedIn CRM, moving it from concept to a working system. Build
contact pipelines across institutional, government, academic and CSR audiences with clean
segmentation, tagging and deduplication. Integrate with existing outreach lists and bulk email
tooling. Produce periodic pipeline and engagement reporting for the Programmes and
Sustainability teams. Maintain data hygiene, access controls and consent records.
3. Certificate automation
Build automated certificate issuance for The Rakshin Project using Google Forms, Google Sheets
and Apps Script. Generate certificates from templates carrying correct participant details, level,
date and signatures, and deliver them by email on trigger. Maintain an auditable record of every
certificate issued, mapped to session and college, so that records reconcile against Ministry
reporting. Handle bulk issuance, reissuance requests and error correction without manual
intervention at scale.
4. Nonprofit technology grants
Track and maintain a live list of technology grant, discount and donation programmes available to
registered nonprofits in India, including Google for Nonprofits, Microsoft for Nonprofits, TechSoup
India, Meta and Canva nonprofit programmes, cloud credits and similar. Assess which
programmes Sakshi is eligible for and which would materially reduce cost or expand capability
for the tech vertical. Prepare and submit applications, maintain compliance documentation, and
track renewals so that no benefit lapses. Onboard the organisation onto approved tools and train
colleagues on their use.

person's memory.
● Coordinate with the Executive IT Administrator on task division and delivery.
Required qualifications and experience
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related
field.
● One to two years of experience building and maintaining live websites.
● Demonstrated proficiency with Squarespace, including custom CSS, code injection and
the limits of what the platform allows.
● Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
● Working knowledge of Google Apps Script or comparable scripting for automating
Google Workspace tasks.
● Understanding of SEO fundamentals and web analytics.
● Ability to write clear documentation and work from briefs supplied by non technical
colleagues.
● Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup, with reliable internet and a
workable home setup.
Desirable
● Experience in the development or social sector.
