Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Semiconductor Equipment Engineer with deep expertise in Dry Etch tools, with a strong focus on advanced troubleshooting and tool recovery in a high-volume fab environment.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in one or more of the following toolsets: Axcelis Fusion, LAM 2300 KIYO, Tel Unity SCCM ME, SPTS Rapier, AMAT Centura DPS, AMAT Centura MXP+, LAM 4400/4500/9600

The candidate must be capable of working independently, taking full ownership of tool issues and driving fast and effective resolution of complex equipment problems.

Roles And Responsibilities

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in semiconductor Dry Etch equipment in high-volume fabs.
Hands-on experience in tools like Axcelis Fusion, LAM 2300 KIYO, Tel Unity SCCM ME, SPTS Rapier, AMAT Centura DPS, AMAT Centura MXP+, LAM 4400/4500/9600.
Strong expertise in equipment troubleshooting and fast recovery in production environment.
Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
Good understanding of SPC/FDC systems, alarms, and process limits.
Troubleshoot issues related to plasma, RF, vacuum, gas delivery, and hardware subsystems.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions.
Maximize tool uptime, MTBF, and reduce MTTR.
Good knowledge of mainframe and subsystems like pumps, RF generators, matching network, ESC, MFCs, etc.
Ability to work independently and handle critical tool issues.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Skills:

5–10 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fab equipment maintenance is required.
Degree/Diploma in Engineering with relevant experience.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Positive attitude and a good team player.
Good computer knowledge, with proficiency in MS Office tools.

Preferred Skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
