This role focuses on ensuring that SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Copilot are configured, governed, and adopted in a secure, scalable, and user ‑ friendly manner.

The role works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users to translate collaboration and content management needs into well ‑ structured Microsoft 365 solutions. A strong emphasis is placed on information architecture, governance, security, and user adoption, ensuring that data is accessible, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards.

This position acts as a bridge between technical platform management and business productivity, contributing directly to improved collaboration, knowledge sharing, and employee experience.

Responsibilities

You will introduce, configure, and optimize collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Copilot.

You will administer and govern SharePoint Online and OneDrive, including site provisioning, storage management, permissions, and lifecycle policies.

You will provide technical guidance and support to end users to ensure seamless experience with Microsoft 365 applications.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions.

You will design and implement SharePoint information architecture, including sites, libraries, metadata, and content management structures.

You will implement best practices for security, compliance, and performance across the Microsoft 365 environment.

You will configure and manage Microsoft 365 governance policies, including retention, data lifecycle management, access controls, and external sharing.

You will support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot, including readiness assessments and data governance considerations.

You will stay up to date with Microsoft 365 features and leverage new capabilities to improve adoption and platform usage.

Develop solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) where appropriate

Build reusable site templates and provisioning processes

Automate governance processes (site creation, approval workflows)

You will monitor Microsoft 365 service health, usage analytics, and platform performance to proactively improve user experience.

Skills

Required

You should have 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer, Administrator, or Specialist in a global and agile environment.

You should have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, particularly SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft Copilot.

You should have experience designing SharePoint site architecture, managing permissions, and implementing content lifecycle governance.

You should have experience administering OneDrive for Business, including sync behavior, sharing policies, and storage management.

You should have practical experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.

You should have familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and automating administrative tasks.

You should have experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities, including Purview, retention policies, sensitivity labels, and DLP.

You should have experience working with Power Platform solutions such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

You should have a solid understanding of identity and access management, including Azure AD / Entra ID.

You should have experience supporting Microsoft 365 adoption and change management initiatives.

You should have strong written and spoken English skills at a B2 level or higher.

Preferred Experience

You should have experience supporting or configuring Microsoft Copilot in enterprise environments.

You should have familiarity with Microsoft Purview advanced compliance scenarios.

You should have experience designing SharePoint intranets or employee portals.

You should have exposure to Power Platform governance and solution lifecycle management.

You should have experience working in regulated or compliance driven environments.

You should have relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS 102, SharePoint, or Security & Compliance certifications.
