Join us as a Senior Angular UI developer for an exciting journey as we modernize our core platforms to make them Simpler, Leaner and more Efficient. You will utilize your strong industry and domain expertise to shape up our Technology product offerings to meet the Business requirements for the future. You'll harness cutting-edge technology to revolutionize our digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences

To be successful as a Senior Angular UI developer, you should have experience with:

Strong expertise in Angular (v8+ preferred), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+)
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design principles
Experience building Single Page Applications (SPA)
Strong knowledge of RxJS, NgRx or other state management tools
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
Expertise in performance optimization and debugging front-end applications
Familiarity with version control tools like Git
Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jasmine/Karma, Cypress)
Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and UI best practices

Nice to Have

Experience with Angular Material, Bootstrap or UI libraries
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Basic knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js / Java / .NET)
Experience working on enterprise-scale applications
Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure)

The role is based out of Pune.

Purpose of the role

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities

Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
