Full job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee core Human Resources operations, employee relations, and talent processes across our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment support, onboarding, compliance, performance tracking, and day-to-day HR administration to foster a productive and compliant workplace.

Job Requirements

Typing & Documentation Skills:
Proficient typing speed and accuracy for fast-paced HR documentation, offer letters, and policy drafting.
Basic Computer & HRIS Knowledge:
Fundamental understanding of computer operations, MS Office (Excel, Word), and familiarity with HR management software or tools.
English Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to liaise effectively with candidates, employees, and management.
Adaptability & Fast Learning:
Ability to quickly adapt to organizational policies, recruitment frameworks, and changing internal workflows.
Target & Deadline Orientation:
Capability to meet operational targets, such as turn-around times for hiring, onboarding SLAs, and query resolution.
High Accuracy & Data Integrity:
Strong emphasis on accuracy when handling sensitive employee records, payroll data, and compliance documents.
Computer-Centric Operations:
Comfortable spending the majority of the workday working on a computer managing HR databases and communications.
Long-Term Commitment:
Commitment to grow with the organization long-term and build stable, ongoing employee relations.
Availability & Stability:
No immediate commitments (e.g., upcoming higher studies, personal leaves, or health issues) that would impact daily work consistency.

Role & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing: Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes, from posting job requisitions and screening resumes to scheduling interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage smooth joining formalities, documentation verification, orientation sessions, and exit clearance processes for departing employees.
Employee Records & HRIS: Maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital employee files, attendance logs, leave balances, and database records.
Payroll & Statutory Support: Coordinate with finance/payroll teams to process monthly attendance, leaves, statutory deductions (PF/ESI/TDS), and salary slips.
Compliance & Labor Relations: Ensure office operations comply with relevant labor regulations, company policies, and workplace safety protocols.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Organize team engagement activities, celebrate workplace milestones, and drive cultural initiatives to boost employee morale.
Grievance Handling: Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, mediating conflicts, and maintaining a healthy work environment.
Performance Management Support: Track probation periods, assist with appraisal cycles, and maintain performance review records.
HR Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, background check providers, and health insurance vendors.
