Position: Deputy Manager –Quality
Work Location: Ahmednagar
Educational Qualification (Either Diploma with 2-7 year’s experience or BE/B Tech with 2-5 years of experience)
Specialization : Electronics / Electrical + Electronics
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)
1 Manage full lab activities for domestic switches, sockets & peripherals. Ensure uptime, calibration, and capability of all lab equipment
2 BIS Certification & Renewal Management (IS 3854:2023, IS 1293:2019, IS 15787:2008,IS 302, IS 13252,IS 10322)

Handle end-to-end BIS certification process

Ensure timely renewals and compliance documentation

Liaison with BIS authorities and external labs
3 Failure Analysis & Improvement - Conduct root cause analysis & Drive corrective and preventive actions

Audit & Compliance - Support internal/external audits (BIS, ISO, customer audits)
5 Drive improvement and digitalization initiatives in reliability processes
Functional Competencies:

Hands-on experience in electrical/electronic product testing

Product knowledge of Wirning Devices products ( Switch, Socket, other modular products)

Knowledge & experience of BIS standards & Product certification process
- Knowledge of Indian Standards (mandatory list above)

Experience in failure analysis tools (7QC, PFMEA, RCA)

Understanding of lab equipment & calibration systems

SAP QM/MM knowledge (preferred)
