Location: Ajmer, Rajasthan
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Department: Legal Service Department
Industry: Law Firm

Job Role

We are looking for a Legal Service Executive who can independently handle day-to-day service coordination, client communication, documentation and case-related data management.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between Clients, Lawyers and the Sales Team and ensuring that every client file moves smoothly through the service process.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients professionally in English.
Collect all required documents and information from clients.
Verify whether required documents have been received and maintain proper records.
Provide regular service updates to clients.
Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding client requirements, pending documents and service status.
Coordinate with lawyers and internal team members for ongoing matters.
Manage client files and maintain proper documentation.
Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets for client and service records.
Manage hearing dates, hearing data and matter-related information.
Maintain proper records of upcoming and completed hearings.
Ensure timely follow-up for pending documents, information and tasks.
Update the internal team regarding the status of every matter.
Maintain accurate client communication and service records.
Ensure that no client file or service task is missed or delayed.
Handle other service-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Required Skills

Excellent English communication is mandatory.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good computer knowledge is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
Good documentation and data-management skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
Ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good attention to detail.
Responsible and organised approach towards work.
Previous experience in a law firm, legal services company or professional services company will be an advantage.

Key Responsibility

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure:

Documents Received → File Updated → Service Process Managed → Client Updated → Sales Team Updated → Hearing/Data Updated → Work Completed on Time

The person should be capable of taking ownership of assigned client files and ensuring proper coordination until completion of the service.

Working Hours

9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Ideal Candidate

We need someone who can speak and write English confidently, handle clients professionally, manage service work independently, maintain Excel records and ensure proper follow-up on every client matter.
