Role Overview

We are looking for motivated candidates who have foundational knowledge of ServiceNow (CSA / CAD certification preferred) and are interested in building a long-term career in Technical Sales within the IT training and consulting industry.

This role is not just traditional sales — it is a consultative, full-cycle technical sales position where you will act as a bridge between aspiring ServiceNow professionals and our training solutions.

You will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle, from understanding a candidate’s background to successfully closing enrolments.

This includes:

Pre-Sales Responsibilities (Technical Consultation)

Understanding the candidate’s experience level (fresher / working professional / career switcher)
Explaining relevant ServiceNow modules and certification pathways
Recommending the right training program based on career goals
Clarifying technical doubts related to platform features, use cases, and implementation
Building trust by providing accurate and realistic career guidance

Sales Responsibilities (Revenue Generation & Closing)

Presenting course pricing, offers, and payment plans
Handling objections confidently (fees, job expectations, timing, comparison with competitors)
Conducting structured follow-ups
Converting qualified leads into paid enrolments
Achieving monthly revenue and enrolment targets

This is a performance-driven role where your technical understanding combined with structured sales execution will directly contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Qualification

Connect with inbound leads generated through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, referrals, and other digital platforms
Initiate timely communication (calls, messages, emails) with prospective candidates
Understand candidate background including education, work experience, certifications, and career objectives
Identify whether the lead is a fresher, experienced professional, or career switcher
Qualify leads based on seriousness, budget, and timeline
Schedule follow-up calls or demo sessions where required

2. Technical Consultation (Pre-Sales)

Provide detailed explanation of ServiceNow platform and relevant modules such as ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, GRC, etc.
Explain certification paths (CSA, CAD, CIS modules) and career roadmap
Help candidates understand real-time project exposure and practical learning benefits
Address technical queries confidently and accurately
Recommend the most suitable training program based on candidate profile and career goals
Build trust by offering realistic expectations about learning curve and job market

3. Sales Process & Closing

Present course offerings, pricing structures, and available payment options clearly
Communicate value proposition effectively (trainer expertise, project support, certification guidance)
Handle objections related to fees, job assurance, comparison with competitors, and timing
Maintain structured follow-up process to improve conversion rates
Create urgency where appropriate (batch start dates, limited seats, offers)
Close enrolments and ensure timely payment completion
Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets

4. CRM, Tracking & Reporting

Maintain accurate and updated lead tracking sheet (Google Sheet / CRM tool)
Record call notes, follow-up dates, and lead status updates
Submit daily/weekly performance reports
Track conversion ratios and improve follow-up strategy
Ensure professional communication standards in all interactions

Eligibility Criteria

CSA / CAD certified preferred
Basic understanding of ServiceNow modules
Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
Strong interest in sales and business growth
Self-motivated and target-driven
