Business Executive for Government (Tenders & GEM Portal)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Years

Key Responsibilities

Manage Government tenders through GeM and E-Procurement portals.
Update product catalogs, specifications, and pricing on the GeM portal.
Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within stipulated timelines.
Handle Bunch Bids, Reverse Auctions, Custom Bids, and Normal Bids.
Coordinate with government departments, OEMs, partners, and internal teams.
Respond to GeM customer queries and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives.
Maintain MIS reports, project updates, and tender-related documentation.
Issue authorizations, product approvals, and other necessary documents to partners.
Monitor tender opportunities, bid status, and contract execution activities.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in GeM and Government Tendering.
Good knowledge of online and offline tender filing procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Email communication, and documentation.
Strong communication, coordination, and deadline management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales, marketing, and business development.
Familiarity with Government procurement processes and vendor registration will be an added advantage.
