Job Title: Senior Accountant (5+ Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Prepare budgets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts.
Handle vendor payments and customer collections.
Assist during internal and statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Work closely with management for financial planning and reporting.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & ROC Compliance
Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, or ERP Software
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS Reporting)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple group companies' accounts.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA (Preferred)
5+ years of relevant accounting experience in a corporate environment.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in handling multiple business entities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
