About the Role
Centurion Staunch Nexus is looking for a creative, commercially minded and highly organised Content Creator, Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team in Kollam, Kerala.
This is a full-time, office-based role combining content creation, social media management, digital marketing, campaign planning, audience growth and event promotion across our portfolio of fashion shows, awards, cultural events, exhibitions and media initiatives.
The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of digital platforms, an eye for premium visual content, excellent communication skills and the ability to convert ideas, events and brand stories into engaging campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Develop Reels, short-form videos, Stories, carousels, promotional posts and event-related content.
- Edit photo and video content using appropriate creative tools.
- Create content around fashion shows, awards, exhibitions, designers, models, sponsors, celebrities, dignitaries and partners.
- Write engaging captions, announcements, promotional copy and campaign messaging.
- Maintain a consistent and premium visual identity across all CS Nexus brands.
- Develop creative concepts for event launches, countdowns, finalist announcements, guest announcements and behind-the-scenes content.
- Repurpose existing photography and video footage into engaging digital content.
Social Media Management
- Manage the day-to-day operation of company social-media accounts.
- Plan, schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
- Maintain an organised social-media content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions and engagement.
- Respond professionally to relevant social-media enquiries.
- Identify trends, hashtags, sounds and content formats relevant to the brand.
- Increase followers, reach, engagement and brand awareness organically.
- Engage with influencers, designers, models, media partners and potential collaborators.
- Monitor and protect the brand's online reputation.
Digital Marketing
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for events, awards, ticket sales, exhibitions and fashion shows.
- Support paid advertising campaigns when required.
- Create targeted campaigns to increase registrations, nominations, ticket sales, vendor bookings and event attendance.
- Support email, WhatsApp and social-media marketing campaigns.
- Work with affiliate partners, influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Support promotional discount-code and affiliate campaigns.
- Assist with website content and digital event listings when required.
Event Marketing
- Support digital promotion before, during and after events.
- Coordinate event-related content including interviews, backstage material, red-carpet content and highlights.
- Work with photographers, videographers, models, designers, performers and the wider events team.
- Ensure appropriate digital visibility for sponsors, partners and invited guests.
- Produce post-event recap and highlight content.
Influencer & Community Engagement
- Identify relevant influencers, content creators and community partners.
- Support collaboration and influencer outreach.
- Build relationships with media partners, affiliate partners and brand ambassadors.
- Support outreach to fashion, entertainment, business and cultural communities.
- Track influencer and affiliate campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor social-media and digital campaign performance.
- Track followers, engagement, reach, impressions, video views, website traffic and conversions.
- Prepare regular campaign and performance reports.
- Identify high-performing content and recommend improvements.
- Use analytics to optimise future content and marketing strategies.
Essential Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in content creation, digital marketing or social-media management.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Excellent understanding of Reels and short-form video.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
- Good understanding of social-media algorithms.
- Strong creative and visual sense.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good organisation and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional flexibility may occasionally be required around major event launches, campaigns and deadlines.
