THE ROLE: RESORT GENERAL MANAGER
The Resort General Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, guest experience, team leadership, sales, revenue and profitability of the resort.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, entrepreneurial and guest-focused, with the ability to work closely with the ownership team and build the property into a leading premium resort in the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the complete day-to-day operations of the resort.
- Take ownership of the resort’s P&L and financial performance.
- Drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue and profitability.
- Develop and execute sales and revenue strategies.
- Build strong relationships with travel partners, corporate clients, wedding/event planners and local businesses.
- Increase direct bookings and develop new revenue channels.
- Lead Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Security and other operations.
- Create exceptional and personalized guest experiences.
- Personally engage with VIPs and important guests.
- Establish and maintain high-quality SOPs and service standards.
- Recruit, train, motivate and retain a high-performing team.
- Monitor guest feedback and online reputation.
- Oversee F&B quality, cost control and profitability.
- Manage vendors, contractors and service providers.
- Ensure statutory, safety, hygiene and compliance requirements are met.
- Protect the property, assets and brand reputation.
- Prepare monthly business and performance reports for the ownership team.
- Develop the resort as a premium destination rather than simply an accommodation property.
IDEAL CANDIDATE

EXPERIENCE
- 10–15 years of total hospitality experience preferred.
- 3–5 years in a General Manager / Resort Manager / Hotel Manager / Resident Manager / EAM / Operations Manager role.
- Experience in a boutique, luxury, lifestyle or resort property strongly preferred.
- Experience managing approximately 15–60 keys will be an advantage.
- Pre-opening experience will be highly valued.
- Strong exposure to F&B operations.
- Proven P&L, budgeting and cost-control experience.
- Strong understanding of revenue management and sales.
- Experience working directly with hotel owners/investors is preferred.

Candidates from leading hospitality groups and luxury independent resorts are encouraged to apply.
Experience with brands such as Taj, Oberoi, ITC, Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, Radisson, CGH Earth, Evolve Back, The Postcard Hotels, BluSalzz or similar luxury/boutique hospitality companies will be an advantage.
However, proven performance and the right attitude are more important than brand names on the CV.

COMPENSATION
₹12-15 Lakh CTC per annum + Performance Incentive

LOCATION
Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh

Relocation to Tirupati is required.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
