Job Description

Join our team in Visakhapatnam as a Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping! You will be at the heart of our hotel operations, taking ownership of guest rooms and creating memorable experiences for our valued guests. In this role, you'll ensure that every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism. Your attention to detail, warm personality, and commitment to excellence will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Clean and maintain all assigned guest rooms to our established standards, paying meticulous attention to every detail
Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to personalize their experience, demonstrating genuine care and hospitality
Respect and protect guest privacy and belongings while maintaining exceptional service standards
Organize and manage your workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet daily cleaning schedules
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
Restock supplies and maintain inventory of cleaning materials and guest amenities
Respond professionally and empathetically to guest requests and special needs
Adapt to changing priorities and guest requirements with flexibility and a positive attitude
Contribute to a clean, organized, and inclusive work environment that supports team success

Qualifications

Warm, caring personality with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
Proven ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs while maintaining professionalism and a welcoming demeanor
Excellent organizational skills and strong time management abilities
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenges independently and seek support when needed
Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for varied shifts
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience (preferred but not required)
Ability to follow instructions carefully and adhere to established procedures and safety protocols
