Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and conduct nursing education and training programs.
Prepare and manage monthly training schedules.
Assess the learning needs and clinical competency of nursing staff.
Guide and mentor new and existing nurses in clinical practice.
Conduct orientation and Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) programs.
Support the implementation of new clinical procedures and best practices.
Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.

Stay updated with the latest clinical guidelines and share knowledge with the nursing team.

Qualifications

B.Sc. Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing preferred).
Valid Nursing Council registration.
3–5 years of clinical experience, with experience in nursing education preferred.
Strong clinical knowledge and teaching skills.
Good communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
