Maintain accurate inventory records of all bakery items.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.
Monitor stock movement and minimize wastage, spoilage, and stock losses.
Ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) practices.
Track slow-moving and non-moving inventory and take corrective actions.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, price, and service levels.
Resolve supply-related issues and ensure continuity of stock availability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
